Product Information & Authenticity

Aarshhmi offers fine jewellery crafted using lab-grown diamonds and precious metals. All diamond jewellery is accompanied by recognized gemological certification, and jewellery is hallmarked in accordance with BIS standards wherever applicable. Product images displayed on the platform are for representational purposes only. Minor variations in weight, colour, finish, or overall appearance may occur due to the nature of craftsmanship, natural characteristics, and photographic or screen display limitations. Additionally, the appearance of colour stones may vary under different lighting conditions. Such variations are inherent to the product and shall not be considered defects.

Pricing & Payments

Prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in precious metal and diamond prices. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment. Aarshhmi reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to location or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, and Aarshhmi is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information or events beyond its control.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

All returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy available on our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these policies.

Transaction Limits & KYC

As per Indian regulatory requirements, Aadhar card and PAN Card submission is mandatory for transactions exceeding ₹2,00,000 in a single day. Self-attested documents are required for verification.
Any Purchase above the amount of 2,00,000 INR is prohibited until KYC (Adhaar and Pan card) required.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate order and contact details and to not misuse the platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or misuse of intellectual property.

Intellectual Property

All content on this platform including designs, text, logos, images, trademarks, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Aarshhmi and/or JRS GEMS AND JEWELS PRIVATE LIMITED. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Aarshhmi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our platform or products.
Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, shall be limited to the purchase value of the product.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if these terms are violated or any fraudulent or harmful activity is detected.

Third-Party Services

Certain services such as checkout, logistics, or payments may be powered by third-party partners. Their services are governed by their respective policies. Aarshhmi is not responsible for third-party operational issues beyond its control.

Communication Consent

By using our platform or providing your contact details, you consent to receive Order updates, transactional communication & Promotional messages via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or similar channels.
You may opt out of promotional communication at any time.

Changes to Terms

Aarshhmi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform or purchase of products from Aarshhmi (owned and operated by JRS GEMS AND JEWELS PRIVATE LIMITED) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat.
