GoldJewellers is an online marketplace that connects consumers with verified jewellers across India. We provide a platform for:

  • Browsing jewellery products from multiple jewellers
  • Contacting jewellers for inquiries
  • Booking appointments with jewellers
  • Creating wishlists and saving products
  • Accessing gold rate information

We act as an intermediary and do not directly sell jewellery products. All transactions are between you and the respective jeweller.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or jewellers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or security
  • Scrape or collect data without permission
  • Submit false reviews or ratings

5. Jeweller Verification

We verify jewellers on our platform for BIS Hallmark certification and business authenticity. However, we do not guarantee the quality, authenticity, or legality of any products offered by jewellers. Users should conduct their own due diligence before making any purchase.

6. Transactions

6.1 Direct Transactions

All purchases are made directly with the respective jeweller. GoldJewellers is not a party to any transaction between you and a jeweller. Terms of sale, including pricing, payment, delivery, and returns, are determined by the individual jeweller.

6.2 Pricing

Product prices displayed on our platform are provided by jewellers and may vary based on gold rates, making charges, and other factors. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6.3 Payment Processing

For jeweller subscriptions and platform fees, we use Stripe for secure payment processing. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on GoldJewellers, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GoldJewellers or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. User Content

By submitting content (reviews, photos, comments) to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldJewellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoldJewellers, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our platform.

12. Dispute Resolution

For disputes between you and a jeweller, we encourage direct communication and resolution. GoldJewellers may assist in facilitating communication but is not responsible for resolving such disputes.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
