Creating Your Account

Sign Up Options

Step-by-Step Registration

  1. Click Sign Up or Create Account
  2. Choose your preferred method
  3. Enter required information:
    • Full name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Password (8+ characters)
  4. Verify your email/phone
  5. Complete your profile

Updating Your Profile

  1. Go to Account > Profile
  2. Click Edit on any section
  3. Make your changes
  4. Click Save

Password & Security

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to Account > Security
  2. Click Change Password
  3. Enter current password
  4. Enter new password (twice)
  5. Click Update Password

Strong Password Tips:

  • At least 12 characters
  • Mix of letters, numbers, symbols
  • Don't reuse passwords
  • Don't use personal info

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication

Add extra security:

  1. Go to Account > Security
  2. Click Enable 2FA
  3. Choose method (SMS or Authenticator app)
  4. Follow setup instructions
  5. Save backup codes

Login History

View recent account activity:

  • Date and time
  • Device type
  • Location
  • Status

Warning: If you see suspicious activity, change your password immediately.

  1. Click the heart icon or Save
  2. Product added to wishlist
  3. Access anytime from your account

Managing Wishlist

View your saved items:

  1. Go to Account > Wishlist
  2. See all saved products
  3. Options:
    • Remove items
    • Send inquiry
    • Share with others

  1. Go to Account > Inquiries

Control your privacy:

Downloading Your Data

Get a copy of your data:

  1. Go to Account > Privacy
  2. Click Download My Data
  3. Receive data export via email

Deleting Your Account

If you wish to leave:

  1. Go to Account > Privacy
  2. Click Delete Account
  3. Confirm your decision
  4. Account scheduled for deletion

Note: Account deletion is permanent after 30 days. Contact support to recover within this period.


Linked Accounts

Social Login

View connected accounts:

  • Google
  • Facebook
  • Apple

Linking New Accounts

  1. Go to Account > Linked Accounts
  2. Click Connect next to provider
  3. Authorize connection
  4. Account linked

Unlinking Accounts

  1. Click Disconnect next to account
  2. Confirm removal
  3. You can re-link anytime

Troubleshooting

Forgot Password?

  1. Click Forgot Password on login
  2. Enter your email
  3. Check inbox for reset link
  4. Create new password

Can't Verify Email?

  • Check spam folder
  • Request new verification email
  • Verify email is correct
  • Contact support if stuck

Account Locked?

May happen after multiple failed logins:

  1. Wait 15-30 minutes
  2. Try password reset

Not Receiving Notifications?
