Downgrading Your Plan
Before Downgrading
Ensure you're within new plan limits:

Auto-Renewal
How Auto-Renewal Works
- Subscription renews automatically
- Charged 1 day before expiry
- Receipt sent via email
- Access continues uninterrupted
Renewal Reminders
You'll receive:
- 7 days before: Renewal reminder
- 3 days before: Payment confirmation
- Day of: Receipt
Disabling Auto-Renewal
- Go to Billing > Subscription
- Click Manage Auto-Renewal
- Toggle off
- Access continues until period ends
Cancellation
How to Cancel
- Go to Billing > Cancel Subscription
- Select cancellation reason
- Confirm cancellation
- Access continues until period ends
After Cancellation
