Downgrading Your Plan

Before Downgrading

Ensure you're within new plan limits:

Downgrade Process

  4. Acknowledge limitations
  5. Downgrade takes effect at next billing cycle

Accessing Invoices

Tip: Invoices are GST-compliant. Use them for your tax filings.


Auto-Renewal

How Auto-Renewal Works

  • Subscription renews automatically
  • Charged 1 day before expiry
  • Receipt sent via email
  • Access continues uninterrupted

Renewal Reminders

You'll receive:

  • 7 days before: Renewal reminder
  • 3 days before: Payment confirmation
  • Day of: Receipt

Disabling Auto-Renewal

  1. Go to Billing > Subscription
  2. Click Manage Auto-Renewal
  3. Toggle off
  4. Access continues until period ends

Cancellation

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Billing > Cancel Subscription
  2. Select cancellation reason
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. Access continues until period ends

After Cancellation

Troubleshooting

Payment Failed?

  1. Check card validity and limits
  2. Ensure sufficient balance
  3. Try different payment method
  4. Contact your bank if declined

Charged Twice?

  • Check invoice history for duplicates
  • Contact support with transaction IDs
  • Refund processed within 5-7 days

Plan Didn't Upgrade?

  • Check payment confirmation email
  • Verify new plan in Billing dashboard
  • Try logging out and back in
  • Contact support with payment proof
